This research was conducted with the aim of knowing effect employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation on performance employees PT. Dino Jaya Karya. uses descriptive a quantitative approach. The data collection technique carried out using questionnaire media Likert method. population in this study were 80 permanent sampling used is saturated sample (total sampling). total obtained as many from t test shows that engagement variable (X1) has positive significant (Y) value 0.000, support (X2) ( Y) (X3 (y) 0.004. In F results have simultaneous indicated by significance 0.000.
